Re-opened: Burnsville Project SEARCH Opportunity, Webinar Scheduled
Dear VRS Community Partners,
A new Project SEARCH site will begin this fall 2023 at M Health Fairview Ridges Hospital and Ebenezer Care Center in partnership with VRS, Burnsville-Eagan-Savage School District, Dakota County, and the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE). These entities are seeking a VRS Community Partner to join their team to be the Employment Services Provider Agency. All interested Community Partners must submit a Letter of Interest (LOI) to apply for this opportunity.
A Project SEARCH program Employment Services Provider Agency provides Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS), Job Placement, and Job Coaching services for students with disabilities participating in the Project SEARCH program.

VRS and MDE are providing a webinar for Community Partners interested in learning more about Project SEARCH and what is involved in becoming an Employment Services Provider Agency. There will also be time for Community Partners to ask questions.

The deadline for Letters of Interest is 4:30 p.m. on Friday, March 3, 2023. Letters of Interest must be emailed to Alyssa Klein, VRS Youth Services Coordinator, at alyssa.klein@state.mn.us.
