DEED announced Tuesday, that it has awarded $350,000 to Alexandria to redevelop a 2.31-acre spot on Broadway and Third Avenue previously occupied by Blue Collar Bob's and Bello Cucina restaurant.

Forty-two Workforce Training Programs Receive Pathways to Prosperity Awards

DEED has awarded 42 grants statewide totaling $10,940,160 under the Minnesota Pathways to Prosperity program.  DEED received nearly $21 million dollars in funding requests and $10,940,160 was available for Pathways to Prosperity grant awards in the SFY 2020-21 funding cycle.

DEED Awards $2 Million in Redevelopment Grants and Demolition Loans

DEED today announced more than $2 million in grants and loans awarded from the Redevelopment Grant and Demolition Loan Program.

PFA Announces $23 Million in Water Infrastructure Projects

The PFA today announced $23.4 million in water infrastructure loans and grants for Currie, St. James, Rice Lake, Twin Valley and the Western Lake Superior Sanitary District.

Minnesota has the fifth lowest rate of citizens without health insurance according to findings from WalletHub. According to WalletHub the percent of Minnesotans without health insurance went down nearly five percent from 2010 to 2017.
