VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION SERVICES TRAINING ANNOUNCEMENT

2nd date added! Join us for a Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) Training for P/T Contractors!

Thanks to those providers who let us know there was a conflict with the 10/2 training date and the MRA conference. Our apologies for the conflict – it was unintentional. We wanted to get the information out as soon as possible knowing providers are looking to ramp up their Pre-ETS work. We’ve added a 2nd live webinar date to accommodate. Both trainings will be recorded and posted to the web for viewing at any time. A link to the recording will be sent after the trainings are delivered. INTENDED AUDIENCE:  All DEED-VRS community partners who have a Professional and Technical (P/T) contract interested in learning about and/or providing Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS)

OBJECTIVES:

1. Know what Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) are
2. Understand the definition of a “Student with a Disability”
3. Review the P/T contract definitions of the five Required Pre-ETS
4. Learn about the VRS structure for providing Pre-ETS
5. Become knowledgeable about the VRS referral process for Pre-ETS
6. Review information related to Pre-ETS reports and invoicing
