But far more than that is changing. CareerForce is rolling out changes to enhance the services we provide to career seekers, employers and our communities. CareerForce is bringing the state’s entire workforce system under one name. This makes CareerForce Minnesota’s only unified talent development and matchmaking resource. We have an extensive network of partners throughout the state and together, we’re dedicated to delivering prosperous outcomes for career seekers, employers, communities and for Minnesota. Native American College Fair - October 4, 2019
The Native American College Fair, which will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.on October 4, 2019 at the Northstar Ballroom (2017 Buford Avenue St. Paul, MN 55108). Employment and Training Programs
City of Minneapolis Employment and Training
City of Minneapolis Employment and Training administers a variety of employment and training programs under the direction of the Mayor, City Council, and Minneapolis Workforce Development Board. Our programs:

Minneapolis Works - Assistance finding a job for low-income, Minneapolis residents ages 18 and older.

WIOA Adult - Employment and training services to eligible adults 18 and over who are looking to gain skills and employment in healthcare, IT, manufacturing, construction or administrative services.

Minneapolis Youth Works - Assistance with high school completion, work preparation or employment goals for Minneapolis Youth ages 14-21.

Dislocated Worker Program - Comprehensive services for those who have lost their job through no fault of their own for adult ages 18 and older.
