Minnesota Technology corridor in the Twin Cities

Land, resources available in Minnesota Technology Corridor

A collaborative group including Anoka County, Washington County, Connexus Energy and other regional partners has launched the Minnesota Technology Corridor, an initiative to attract companies to the north metro. Stakeholders include the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development, Greater MSP, site selectors and commercial real estate brokers.

DEED grant to benefit homeowners of three area communities

 Select homes and homeowners in four area communities were recently awarded financial assistance through the DEED Small Cities Development Program to undergo needed rehabilitation projects. Qualifying owners of dwellings in Luverne, Rushmore, Chandler and Lake Wilson will receive financial assistance to make infrastructure repairs to their homes.

Grants totaling $5.3 million were approved by DEED for infrastructure projects in four Greater Minnesota communities.
