The Office of Adult Career Pathways (ACP)

The Office of Adult Career Pathways coordinates and manages State Funded Competitive grants, the Displaced Homemaker Program (DHP), and legislative Direct Appropriations. ACP also works in partnership with the Department of Human Services (DHS), with the SNAP 100% and SNAP 50/50 grants.

Grant Responsibilities

You may have recently received or will be receiving an e-mail/phone call from your assigned lead Grant Coordinator. While the entire ACP team is here to support you- with the expansion of our team and to better facilitate building relationships, instead of assigning coordinators individual grants grantees have been assigned to coordinators and your lead Grant Coordinator will be your primary contact for all of your programs. We look forward to building together!

Thank you for all of the care that you are showing to your participants.

Minnesota’s Salary Survey

One of DEED’s most popular tools is the Occupational Employment Statistics (OES) program, which includes wage and employment data for hundreds of different jobs across the state. To make it easier to access, OES recently got a user-friendly makeover.

Jobseekers that want to know the wage for welders in Willmar ($19.83) or for machinery mechanics in Mankato ($22.87) or for dentists in Duluth ($83.59) can find it much more quickly using the new OES tool, following the steps below:

Step 1: Go to https://apps.deed.state.mn.us/lmi/oes/

Step 2: Select a geographic area from the menus, or scroll over the map to choose a county

Step 3: Click on the “Go” button to update the wage table

Step 4: Type a job title into the “Search for an Occupation” text box, Click on “Search”

Step 5: From the “Choose a specific kind of job” dropdown menu, Select an occupation, Click on “Search”

Step 6: Or click on the “>” triangle next to an occupational group to see an expanded list of detailed occupations

Step 7: Click on the occupational title to see a detailed occupational page, including an occupational description, median and 10th-90th wage percentiles, leading industries of employment, other regional data, related occupations, and a list of typical tasks for the occupation
