CareerOneStop.org, a DEED operated and maintained website, won multiple innovation awards for the website's CareerBot. The chatbot was made in April to help users of the website find what they need in a timely manner without needing customer service.  CareerBot won the Golden GOVIT award, a SGIA award from UM, and Granicus Digital Strategy awards.
