How to Effectively Network

Why tell your friends about your hunt for a new job?

One, your friends will go the extra mile to lend a helping hand. Two, when your friends know what type of work you’re looking for, they can help spread the word. Three, your friends can introduce you to others working in companies that may have job opportunities. Bonus: There’s always a chance that one of your friends has a job opening in their company.
