The next Office of Addiction and Recovery (OAR) monthly webinar will be held on Wednesday, May 27 from 11 a.m. to 12 noon. 

The May session will include: 

  • Updates from the Office of Addiction and Recovery 
  • Recovery Residences featuring Christy Mollert, Special Projects Manager, Department of Human Services 

These monthly updates share addiction and recovery initiatives with partners, highlighting important work happening inside and outside state government.

This position will help lead the development of statewide reentry systems and educational navigation supports for justice-impacted students transitioning from incarceration to campus and community settings. The role includes technical assistance, partnership development, reentry systems coordination, and direct support where institutional infrastructure is still emerging.

Operations & Records Specialist (State Program Administrator Senior)

This position serves as the statewide operational and data systems lead for MNCHEP. Responsibilities include developing statewide operational infrastructure, coordinating cross-institutional systems and records processes, managing statewide incarcerated student data, and providing technical assistance to higher education in prison programs across Minnesota.

Both positions are part of a statewide initiative supported through the Minnesota Consortium for Higher Education in Prison (MNCHEP), a collaboration involving higher education institutions, the Minnesota Department of Corrections, and community partners working to expand educational access and success for incarcerated and formerly incarcerated students.
