Temporary Housing Grant Program
Fiscal Year 2025-26
RFP Release Date, December 12, 2023
The Minnesota Department of Corrections (DOC), Grants and Subsidies Unit announces the availability of funds to provide a Temporary Housing Grant Program for high-risk justice-involved individuals on intensive supervised release status. The housing is accessible to male individuals under the authority of the Commissioner of Corrections who lack housing resources upon their release from the Minnesota State Correctional Facilities.
The funds available are $467,000 for each fiscal year 2025 and 2026. The grant will be for a 24-month period, from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2026. Private, for-profit, and non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations are eligible to apply for these funds.
The deadline for proposal submission is 12:00 PM January 23, 2024
