A wide variety of ecological restoration projects in several diverse plant communities. Example projects include public/residential/commercial landscapes with a range from small to large scale native installation (planting, seeding, erosion control, etc.) and land management (invasive species, prescribed fire, woodland editing, etc.). Some projects entail conventional landscaping and urban interface aspects. Projects are located primarily in the Twin Cities and Upper Midwest.

MCA provides a learning opportunity for attendees at the Annual Training Institute. Our attendees include individuals in all aspects of corrections across the State of Minnesota including but not limited to those in the courts, pretrial, probation, parole, facilities, reentry, programs, treatment, as well as those who provide various services and support.
MCA Annual Training Institute Presenter Proposals can be submitted with any topic and some popular topics include: Community Supervision, EBP, Gender Issues, Diversity, Health and Wellness, Judicial Systems, Juvenile Justice, Mental Health, Reentry Services, Release Services, Safety, Technology, Victim Issues…. just to name a few.
