Juvenile Justice Survey

Please complete this survey on juvenile delinquency policies and practices related to mental health and substance abuse needs and systems collaboration.  The survey will be closed on November 29th . Please complete the survey only once if you happen to get it from multiple sources. Click here for survey.

The Minnesota Corrections Association, with funding provided through the Minnesota Juvenile Justice Advisory Committee, will use the information as part of the Juvenile Justice 21 Project, in order to better understand and improve Minnesota’s juvenile delinquency system.

The survey should take 10-30 minutes, depending in part on how much you comment. Almost all questions have comment options; comments are welcomed to better understand responses.

Some questions may not be applicable to you or your profession; you may just skip those questions.

Please feel free to forward the survey to people you think should also complete it and may not have otherwise received it. They can complete it by going to this link: JJ21Mental Health and Collaboration Survey

Results of the survey, as well as additional research, expert presentations, and discussion of the issues and potential solutions, will be provided at a forum on January  20th from 9 am to 3 pm at the Wilder Center in St. Paul.  More details will follow but please save the date.  We hope you can join us.

If you have any questions about the survey or the project, contact Project Manager Mark Haase at mahaase@gmail.com or 612-819-0738.
