Dear Chanhassen Residents,
This message is focused solely on an upcoming meeting for the Avienda Village Development since this is the most significant development in Chanhassen in recent years.
On Thursday, August 11, from 5:30-7 p.m., the developer has agreed to host an open house for our residents to see the proposed site plan (revised from the original approval in 2016). The open house provides our residents an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback versus the Planning Commission meeting where procedural rules can limit open dialogue and exchange.
We hope you can attend; otherwise, the Planning Commission will be holding the Public Hearing on August 16 at 7 p.m. at City Hall.
