On Wednesday, May 20, the signal system at Highway 101/Highway 18 will be in a 4-way stop condition for a majority of the day while construction crews replace the signal system cabinet.
Also, beginning Friday, May 22, and again on Tuesday, May 26, crews will utilize temporary lane closures at the following signaled intersection locations:
- Highway 41 northbound and southbound left turn lane and left through lanes closed at Canyon Road.
- Highway 41 northbound left turn lane and left through lane closed at Highway 212 eastbound ramps.
- Highway 17 southbound left turn lanes closed at Highway 212 eastbound ramps.
- Highway 17 northbound and southbound left turn lanes closed at Highway 212 westbound ramps.

Minnesota Executive Order 20-20 includes exemptions for workers in Critical Sectors, which includes roadway construction. Carver County is working with our Contractors and other partners to continue our construction projects safely and responsibly. Work will be conducted in accordance with guidelines related to COVID-19 to the maximum extent possible, including social distancing and hygiene.
