Congratulations! You’ve been selected to receive Individual Support cost-share funding for Lawns to Legumes pollinator habitat projects. You qualify for up to $350 in reimbursement funds for project costs associated with creating new pollinator habitat in your yard.

To secure your funding, please read the following information carefully for information about deadlines and requirements for accepting your grant, planting your project, and submitting receipts. All participants must meet the required deadlines to remain eligible for funding.

Important Deadlines:

Grant Acceptance Deadline: Feb. 19, 2023

All recipients must accept reimbursement grants by Feb. 19, 2023. If you do not accept by this date, your funding will be distributed to another applicant, and you will no longer be eligible for any reimbursement. Grant recipients can also use this form to indicate coaching needs and sign up for a free online workshop. Workshops are planned for Feb. 21 from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. and Feb. 28 from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.

Project Completion Deadline: July 15, 2023

July 15, 2023 is the deadline for planting your project, mapping its location and submitting receipts for reimbursement. You can learn about eligible expenses here. Awardees must provide at least a 25% match for their total reimbursement request. This match can be in the form of purchasing materials, hiring contractors or as in-kind time spent planting or maintaining plants (calculated at $25/hr). Note: Participants cannot be paid for their time, their time can only be counted as a match contribution.
