Motorists will encounter several traffic changes at the TH169/I-494 interchange in Bloomington, Edina and Eden Prairie as new ramps, a roundabout, and the frontage road north of I-494 open by 11:55 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 21. 

West 78th Street, between TH169 and Washington Avenue, along with the ramp from West 78th Street to westbound I-494 will open at the same time, weather permitting. Also opening at this time will be the roundabout located on West 78th Street and the ramp from southbound TH169 to West 78th Street. 

In addition W. 78th Street north of I-494 will open beneath TH169, and motorists will be able to use the frontage road connecting Prairie Center Drive and West Bush Lake Road 

Between 9 a.m. and noon Nov. 21, both directions of TH169 will have a lane closed from Valley View Road to Anderson Lakes Parkway as crews finish striping and rerouting traffic to its permanent configuration.
