The event featured kite flying, cultural entertainment, inflatables, and interactive and educational booths. 900 free kites and pinwheels were distributed to youth 18 years and under. The event is designed to bring people of all ages and cultural backgrounds together.

The following community partners and sponsors provided activities, volunteers and donations:

  • Ziegler Power Systems
  • Angelica Cantanti Youth Choir
  • Artistry

  • Home Depot
  • Minnesota Kite Society
  • Mr. Kite/Craig Christensen

They further expressed their interest and excitement about participating in it again next year!
