Our new and improved bill pay service provides residents with more options to pay their utility bill. It's easy, convenient and secure. 

Go to https://customerweb.bloomingtonmn.gov or click on the Utility Billing Icon in this email to make your online payment. 

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and E-Check.

Use the bill pay service to:

• View and pay your bill online with credit/debit card or e-check.
• Schedule payments for a future date.
• Save time and avoid late payments with AutoPay.
• Enroll in paperless billing and get bills via email.
• Receive email notifications when your bill is ready and just before the due date, and a confirmation email after making a payment.
• Sign up to get text notifications and have the option to pay by text.

Registration instructions

• Customer number: Use the last six digits of your Utility Billing account number starting with a "5". Your account # is located on the upper right corner of your City of Bloomington utility statement.
• Last Name (or Company Name) Associated With Account: Type the last name or company name exactly as it appears on your statement.
  
• Location: Insert Location by using the the first six digits of your Utility Billing account # starting with a "1".
