Deborah Kastner has been a licensed realtor for more than 20 years. She has a bachelor's degree in Human Services. She has been a resident of Bloomington for more than 60 years. Kastner has volunteered for many boards and councils. |
Robert Warmboe was appointed to the Commission February 6. He is employed by Hennepin County as a Human Services representative. He works as a financial worker administering benefit programs such as SNAP, MFIP, and HealthCare. He has also worked with homeless youth to develop skills to find housing. Robert has volunteer experience working with inclusion of LGBTQ individuals in the community. He has knowledge of the LGBTQ issues, Native American culture, and skills to work with individuals who are homeless.

Chelsea Reynolds earned her degree from Hamline University School of Law. She is currently a National Client Manager for Thomson Reuters. Reynolds has done pro bono work for Advocates for Human Rights. She is passionate about the environment and wellness. Reynolds has also been a swim coach for 12 years.

Commissioner Jared Leese participated in the 8th annual Success Day at Normandale Community College Wednesday, February 28. The day offered more than 60 sessions on topics such as leadership, finance, education, and wellness. Commissioner Leese was asked to talk about his path to leadership and to provide career advice.
