FY17 Central Mail Bar Code Cards
As of July 1, 2016 agencies will begin using bar code cards that reflect the fiscal year 2017 (FY17) identifiers. In order to meet the July 1 date, please send the following information to Brenda Ferguson as soon as possible:
- Department or agency three digit number
- Purchase order number
- Name and address to whom the bar code cards should be sent
Note: Please also indicate if prior years' cards are to be inactivated or retained.
