Professional/Technical Contract to Develop United States Bicycle Route 41

Date Due: Wednesday, January 27, 2016, 2:00 p.m. Central Time

Purchasing Agency: Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT)

Short Description: MnDOT is seeking a professional/technical (P/T) contractor to co-lead and facilitate the development of Minnesota's next United States Bicycle Route, USBR 41, which will originate at Minnesota's State Capitol in Saint Paul, pass through Duluth, and end at the Minnesota-Canada border at Grand Portage. The route will travel on existing local and state roads and bicycle facilities. Work will include bikeway route evaluation and planning, public outreach, mapping, managing and transferring data, preparing the application to designate USBR 41, and preparing a Bikeways Planning Guide.

Construction RFP to Update Kitchen Dish Machine Area in Stillwater Correctional Facility

Date Due: Thursday, February 18, 2016, 2:30 p.m. Central Time

Purchasing Agency: Minnesota Department of Corrections (DOC), Minnesota Correctional Facility (MCF) - Stillwater

Short Description: DOC has issued a best value Request for Proposals (RFP) to update the kitchen dish machine area at MCF Stillwater. The summary of work includes modifications to existing structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, installation of new mechanical HVAC equipment, the furnishing and installation of new kitchen dish equipment, and more. Note: The summary of work is a general guide to the scope of work, not a detailed list of work included in the contract.
