Pirate's Gold Rush Pool Party is February 11th!

Argh matey! Get yerself suited up for a ship sailing good time! The Family Aquatic Center will be transformed into a pirate’s cove. You’ll be on a hunt searching for sunken gold in the deep waters of the pool, digging through chests of treasure, playing games, cracking codes and constructing a craft to take on your voyage! If you get lost along the way, a trail map will set you free!

Event is for ages 12 and under. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Register by February 8. No on-site registration. Registration fees only apply to the child participant 12 and under. Parents and guardians are free.

"Little Creatures" Live Animal Show is February 8th!

2/8 from 6:30-7:30 pm at the Recreation Activities Center, ages 3+

This hands-on program features exotic creatures presented closely while information about each animal's natural history, geography and characteristics are learned. You will meet at least 8 animals including; an African Grey Parrot, large Python, Blue Tongue Skink, Tarantula, three-foot American Alligator and more! You will be able to feel a furry Chinchilla too!

"Snowshoe with your Sweetie" for an early Valentine's Day celebration!

2/12 from 11:30 am-1:15 pm at the Recreation Activities Center, ages 18+

Take a guided snowshoe hike through the snow-covered forest with your valentine. Snowshoes are provided. Listen to the crunch of snow and maybe even the hoot of owls, while you experience the magic of a winter walk. No snowshoe experience is needed. A hike will be substituted if there is not enough snow to use snowshoes. After exploring the forest with your sweetie, get cozy by the campfire and enjoy hot cocoa while cooking your lunch over the fire with gourmet ingredients. Fee is per person. Register early, this event sold out last year!

Join our new Massage Essentials class on Valentine's Day!

2/14 from 6:30-8:30 pm at The Recreation Activities Center, ages 18+

The massage essential class covers the basic massage techniques for the back, neck, shoulders, hands and feet. The class includes massage oil and material to take home.
