Touch-A-Truck, Private Swim Lessons, Nature Hikes and more!

West Bloomfield Parks and Recreation

Save the date - 2nd Annual Touch-A-Truck is May 6th!

Touch-A-Truck

Put your imagination “in gear” and join us for our second annual “Touch-A-Truck"!

Kids of all ages will get a firsthand look at police, fire, construction, trash and all the really cool work vehicles we see every day, but don’t get the chance to touch.

Is your tummy rumbling? Several food trucks will be rolling in to give families the option to purchase dinner, beverages and snacks.

We will also have inflatables available for kids to play on.  Don't forget to bring socks!

Cost: $5/car, no registration required. Proceeds will fund our Camp Financial Aid Program!

Featured Class of the Week: Mommy and Me Hike

4/7 from 10:30-11:30 am in the Nature Room, located inside the Recreation Activities Center

We invite you and your child to join our naturalist on a nature discovery and exercise walk. After the walk you may explore our outdoor natural play area and "BYOL" (bring your own lunch) to enjoy with other moms. The trail is unpaved so only all-terrain strollers are recommended. A baby backpack/carrier is suggested for infants.

This is a FREE program, but pre-registration is required for children and adults.
