Customer Service Representative - Customer Care Representative

This position serves as the primary customer contact in a service center environment utilizing knowledge base and case management tools to assist customers. Communicating with the public via the telephone and e-mail. Answering questions regarding the State and Federal financial aid process and assists in the completion of various program applications. Processes exception reports generated from the MiSSG database. Explains Bureau policies and procedures and program legislative language. Utilizes knowledge base information to answer customer inquiries. 

Departmental Analyst 12 - Marketing/Social Media Outreach Analyst

This position serves as the recognized resource for digital and print marketing for the Student Scholarships, Grants and Outreach (SSGO) division. This position develops annual marketing plans consisting of social media, website, electronic mail communications, and publications. Responsibilities include reviewing all marketing material for ADA compliance, creating and posting social media content following State of Michigan (SOM) Social Media Standards and Brand Guidelines, and SOM Social Media Styles Guidelines. Complete quarterly and annual Social Media Metric reports as required.
