2022-23 Institution Budgets in MiSSG - Final Reminder & School Profile

MiSSG School Budget Updates

Between now and October 2, 2021, institution budget screens for Academic Year 2022-23 may be updated (with prior-year 2021-22 data).

To update your institution's 2022-23 budget, please follow these instructions:

1. Log into MiSSG, click on the Michigan Competitive Scholarship menu.
2. Click School Profile.
3. Change the Academic Year at the top of the screen from Year 2021-22 to 2022-23.
4. Click Budget.
5. Enter both the Tuition and Fees and Room and Board using your institution's 2021-22 budget information. NOTE: If there is no change to budget amounts, please click, "The budget amounts have been reviewed and approved," check box. 
6. Click Save.

For private institutions, once the MCS budget is entered, the MTG budget fields will populate automatically with the same budget information. No further action is required in the MTG school profile regarding the budget after MCS is updated.

If a budget is not entered by October 2, your 2021-22 budget information will be used for 2022-23 awards.

MiSSG School Profile Updates

To assist SSGO, please access your School Profile for each aid program and update the primary and secondary contact information. 

To update the contact information, please follow these instructions:

1. Log into MiSSG, click on an aid program from the menu.
2. Click School Profile.
3. Confirm the Academic Year at the top of the screen is Year 2021-22.
4. Enter the contact information and the secondary contact information.
5. Click Save.
