New Contact for TIP

Greetings,

Over this past year Emily Hurtado-Arboleda took on the dual role of TIP Program Coordinator while also serving as an Outreach Analyst for Southeast Michigan. MI Student Aid would like to announce as of July 28, 2021, Jessica Kuchar is the new Program Coordinator for TIP and Emily will shift back to her Outreach role permanently. Jessica began working with SSGO in April of 2013 as a customer care representative. In her role as a customer care representative, Jessica assisted in answering phones and emails for SSGO. She also assisted program coordinators in several tasks including billing and program reviews. Jessica is passionate about helping students reach their education goals and is excited to continue to do so in her new role. Jessica graduated from Davenport University in 2020 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, specializing in Accounting.
