Operational Updates:
- March is always a busy month because all watercraft registrations are due for renewal. But even with this additional workload, we’ve continued to serve all office visitors in an average of 20 minutes or less, total.
- This is because many boat owners did their renewals online or at our more than 160 new self-service stations, many of which are at grocery stores.
- And most of the people who visited our offices scheduled their visits in advance and were served immediately. Most walk-ups were as well, or if they arrived at a busy time, were offered help to schedule a return visit, usually for the same day or next day.
