Trend: More services without an office visit
- As we have upgraded our technology to enable more services online and at self-service stations, more and more Michiganders have taken advantage of the convenience.

Even now, when there is an abundance of availability in offices across the state and visits take an average of just 20 minutes, more than 60% of all transactions are done without an office visit.

Instead, most Michiganders are conducting their Secretary of State business from their home or their local grocery store.
