Our offices received more than 9,300 online reviews in 2021 for an average score of four out of five stars – higher than any year in history. And the scores have risen throughout the year, reaching an average of 4.4 out of 5 in the first weeks of December.

The staff at our offices across the state, as well as those who answer our phones and those who work behind the scenes to improve our systems, deserve the credit for the wonderful resident reviews we’ve received. They’ve worked tirelessly to keep our offices open nearly the entire pandemic and to upgrade so much of our technology and operations.
