You and your special date are cordially invited to enjoy a night out of dancing, music, refreshments and a complementary photo to capture this special evening. This year's dance will be a formal theme. Guests may wish to wear a dress and their special date a jacket and tie.

Our Daddy Daughter & Mother Son Dances will be held at Devil's Ridge Golf Course- 3700 Metamora Road, Oxford. Cost per person is $12 (Oxford residents subtract $2). The event schedule: pictures 6:30pm & Dance 7:00pm-8:30pm. Open to participants in Grades K-6 & Guest.

Spring is right around the corner, don't miss the deadline to register your K-8th grade child for OTPR's Spring Soccer league! The league is non-competitive and puts emphasis on skill building, teamwork and sportsmanship. All players will receive a uniform and a season end award. All players must provide their own shin guards. Returning players from the Fall 2019 season will be assigned to the same team. If you are interested in volunteering as a HEAD COACH, please indicate so at registration. Deadline to register is Friday, March 6, 2020.

Calling all girls grades K-8! Register today for OTPR's non-competitive, recreational league Softball League! Emphasis is put on skill building, teamwork, and good sportsmanship. Registration deadline is Friday, March 13, 2020. Practices are scheduled to begin on April 7 with the season ending June 4, weather permitting. Oxford Township Parks and Recreation may be teaming up with surrounding communities to ensure a productive season.

Cold weather and icy sidewalks interfering with your New Years resolutions? Get out and get moving with OTPR'S Waling Club! Oxford Middle School has opened its halls to provide a safe and warm place to get your daily exercise. Walkers will receive an ID Badge that must be worn while walking. There will be NO walking when school is closed.

Walking club is M-F from 5:00pm-9:00pm. Cost:  Adults & Children 12 & up $15 (Oxford Residents Sub $5) and Seniors 55 & Over $10 (Oxford Residents Sub $2). Pre-registration is required.

ALMOST AN ADULT.......

This is an 8 week course, 90 minute sessions (lecture, interactive hands-on exercises, Q&A) to cover basic life skills related to jobs, banking,etc. Taught by local area subject experts focused on high school aged kids (13-18) as they mature into "Almost An Adult."

W2-New hire paperwork (W4,direct deposit, etc.)

W3-Pay stubs & Opening a Savings account

W4-Budgeting

W5-Loan basics

W6-Credit basics

W7Investing basics

W8-Taxes - How & what to fill out

This course is not meant to make an expert on any or all of these topics of the students but to give them a basic introduction to them and access to local subject experts.
