Changing Shirt Sizes
Registered? You can change your shirt size in RunSignUp until September 30. 🎽 We have provided a size chart from the manufacturer complete with details on how to measure correctly. To keep the budget on track and more money going to the cause, we do not over order shirts or generally have any to exchange for an alternate size.Â
Just to recap, you'll get a lightweight moisture wicking, snag resistant, odor control, soft, 4.4 ounce poly/cotton/rayon tri-blend, heather quarter-zip for year-round wear. Ladies Cut and Unisex Cut Available. 🎽 Please feel free to order whichever cut you prefer, regardless of your gender.Â

If you haven't already, register now for the 2019 10K/4 Mile 231 River Run/Walk on October 26. 📋 Be sure to register before we sell out. (About 200 spots remain.) If you prefer, sign up with this Printable Registration form--but drop it in the mail ASAP. And, if you forgot whether or not you registered, you can look it up.Â
You Are Amazing!
You guys!! Thank you for YOUR donations! So many of you have added a few -- or A LOT -- of extra dollars to your race registration. We really appreciate that! We thought you, in turn, would appreciate knowing that zero dollars pay for staff. We love the trails, we love running and we love community--That's why we do this. So far, nearly $40,000 has been raised by the 231 events. We are excited to add to that total in 2019.

Course Signs
Did you know that course signs are available for purchase? While some businesses take advantage of this, you too, can participate and purchase a sign for $75. Is it your runner pal's birthday? 🎂 Have a special message to get a mid-run chuckle from a club-mate? 🤣 (This really could be fun! 🙃) For those of you who already made a $75 donation, we'll be reaching out to you later this summer so that you can customize your sign. Make your sign purchase here by choosing "Course Cheerleader." Again, we'll reach our for messages or graphics.
Volunteers
The 231 River Run has a handful of volunteer positions available. The days and times are specified. A fan you are bringing along may wish to help at the finish line or with the post party set up. To thank volunteers, we'll gift them with a race shirt and post-race festivities. Register to volunteer here.
