Ottawa County citizens invited to apply for Ottawa County Treasurer


UPDATE: Electronic letters of application and résumés ARE acceptable. Please email them to ssayles@miOttawa.org no later than December 7. 

Applications for Ottawa County Treasurer, an elected position, are being accepted though Friday December 7. Letters of application and résumés should be mailed (postmarked by December 7) to:

The Selection Committee is made up of the County Clerk/Register Justin Roebuck, County Prosecutor Ron Frantz, and Probate Judge Mark Feyen. This group will review the letters and résumés on December 10. Interviews will be conducted in an open meeting on a date to be announced. Interested parties may contact the County Clerk/Register's Office at 616-846-8107 for additional information. 

Ottawa County Treasurer Brad Slagh was elected to the State House of Representative on November 6 to serve the 90th District. Slagh will serve Ottawa County as Treasurer until December 31, 2018.
