ING, the third-party administrator for the State of Michigan 401(k) and 457 Plans, has changed its name from ING to Voya Financial™ effective 9/1/2014. Voya’s  website for these plans has also been changed from stateofmi.ingplans.com to stateofmi.voyaplans.com to reflect the name change.  The old address (stateofmi.ingplans.com) will remain active until autumn of 2015.

Public school employees in the Defined Contribution (DC) plan, Pension Plus plan, Personal Healthcare Fund, and the Deferred Compensation Option invest in the State of Michigan 401(k) and 457 Plans administered by Voya™.

ORS has updated many printed and online references to ING to either “Voya” or “third-party administrator (TPA)”. Please note that the name of the ING Feedback File, found on the Employer Reporting website, will be changed with the 2015 technology enhancements.
