Missing and/or Incomplete Defined Contribution (DC) DTL 4 records

At the end of each pay period, ORS sends an email to those reporting units that have missing and/or incomplete DTL4-DC Contribution records. Instructions on the email notice direct the reporting unit to the Data Exchange Gateway (DEG) to access the MsngDTL4.csv file for a list of missing or incomplete Defined Contribution (DC) DTL4 records.

The MsngDTL4.csv file currently includes the following fields:

ssn_nr

fst_nm

last_nm

rptd_end_dt

org_cli_cd

earliest_report_date

ORS would like to inform you that we are in the process of updating the existing file layout. The new layout will include additional columns that reflect employer and employee contributions submitted for Defined Contribution (DC) and Personal Healthcare Fund (PHF) contributions to assist payroll staff in submitting and/or correcting missing/incomplete DTL4 records.

We anticipate that the new layout will be ready in early 2014 and will send an email notification when it is available.
