To help reporting units (RUs), we’ve conducted research and identified eight common errors that occur most often in records that remain unposted. You’re receiving this message because your RU has one or more of these errors.
Some records simply need a date or code corrected, and these are quick fixes. Others are valid but require posting in a specific order based on the record end date, starting with the oldest. Each record must process overnight before the next dependent record can post. If a record doesn’t post automatically, it likely has another issue that needs attention.
We understand cleaning up errors can feel overwhelming, and we’re here to support you. To make this easier, we’ve created a new resource, Error Messages and Solutions, that lists these eight common errors along with solutions for quick reference.
