ORS strives to provide excellent service and support to you, our partners, and to your employees. Your feedback is very important to us. Please help us to serve you better by completing this short survey for administrative staff.
Your answers are confidential and will be used for planning and statistical purposes. Please complete the survey by Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2020. The record kept of your survey responses does not contain any identifying information about you unless a specific question in the survey has asked for this. However, it is very helpful for us to make projections of future customer needs when you provide demographic information at the end of the survey.

Note: if you received two survey invitation emails, you may be in our contacts database in both a payroll staff role (employer reporting, payment processor, or web administrator) and an administrative role (administrator, business official or human resources director). This year, we created separate surveys for these two groups. Please complete the survey only once. Choose the version that best describes what you actually do most of the time.
