Reporting Authorization Certifications have been remailed - due by Oct. 27

Michigan Office of Retirement Services - Message for Public School Employers

We remailed the Reporting Authorization Certification forms to all reporting units today (Oct. 8). The date on the forms is Oct. 7. 

Your reporting unit's superintendent or business official must read the instructions carefully, verify and update information as necessary, and sign and fax this form back to ORS at 517-284-4416, no later than Oct. 27, 2019.

We apologize for any inconvenience that resulted from our previous communications regarding this form. A problem with our system led to the forms not being mailed as we expected. We are taking measures to close the gap that led to this problem. 

If your reporting unit has not received the form by Tuesday, Oct. 15, contact the Employer Reporting call center at ORS_Web_Reporting@michigan.gov or 800-381-5111.
