Employer Reporting telephone and fax number changes

To better serve you, the Office of Retirement Services (ORS) has upgraded to a new Cisco phone system.

The new phone number for Employer Reporting (ER) is the main toll-free number, 800-381-5111. The new ER fax number is 517-284-4416.

Effective December 6, 2018, when you call ER you will be prompted to enter your five-digit Reporting Unit ID number. Then you will be transferred to a member of the Web Reporting team, as you currently are today.

We ask for your patience as we update our forms, the Reporting Instruction Manual (RIM), and websites.

Please make a note of these changes in your records. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact Employer Reporting at ORS_Web_Reporting@michigan.gov.
