For K-12 Districts, ISDs, PSA/Charter Schools, and District Libraries

Important: If you are not the correct person to receive this communication, please forward it to the person who certifies federally funded wages.

Federally Funded Wage Certification Due 10/15/2018 for 7/01/2018 through 9/30/2018

In addition to your regular retirement reporting responsibilities, the Retirement Act requires you to certify federally funded wages to ORS on a quarterly basis. For this purpose, federal funds are the total reportable wages paid to employees from federal monies such as grants.Online certification of these wages is due on 10/15/2018 for the quarter that began on 7/01/2018 and ended on 9/30/2018.

ORS uses this data to create statistical reports for the legislature, other state agencies, and the system actuary.
