HYDRANT FLUSHING

Our Village of Holly DPW will begin flushing the hydrants late next Thursday evening, May 20th into the early morning of Friday, May 21st. During this process, you may experience some water discoloration and pressure surging. Don't be alarmed; this is normal. Hydrant flushing is necessary to enhance your water quality and clean the distribution system. Please be aware that you may need to flush your lines afterward.  We are grateful for our DPW workers and we thank you for your patience while they complete this required maintenance task.  Please call our offices at 248-634-9571 or the DPW office at 248-634-2202 with any questions.
