Scheduled a Budget Study Session for:

TIME: 6:00 pm.

The Saginaw Road paving project will begin on Wednesday April 21, 2021. It will include the intersection of Saginaw and Airport Road and continue down to Oakwood Street. There will be lane shifts, but the road will remain open to traffic.
All businesses will remain open during construction.

HOLLY FIREWORKS
ATV RAFFLE!
The Village of Holly, Holly Powersports, and Ziggy's have all come together to raffle a BRAND-NEW CF MOTO ATV! The money will be used for our Wonderful FIREWORKS this year! Tickets are $10.00 a piece or 3 for $25.00. All tickets have a BOGO, buy one get one soft serve coupon from the new Ziggy's Ice Cream of Holly!
Tickets will be sold at the Village Offices (300 East Street- just call ahead to claim yours) and local participating businesses ( Just look for the flyer!)
The drawing will be held at the Holly Moose Lodge (210 S. Broad Stree) on Saturday, September 11th at 9PM.

Important Notice on
Water Usage Past Due Amounts
Due to the unprecedented times involving COVID-19 that we all endured, on March 16, 2020 the Village announced that we would temporarily discontinue water shutoffs for non-payment. We did not process any non-payment shutoffs or add any late penalties since that date. While usage fees continued to accumulate, we did not shut off water service for those that could not pay during this difficult time.
Beginning with the March 2021 usage, which is billed in April, the Village will resume our normal procedure of adding late penalties for invoices that are not paid by the due date of April 27, 2021. Late penalties will be added for that month’s total only. While late penalties will not be added to prior balances, the unpaid amounts are still due.
Beginning in July, the Village will resume our normal procedure of water shut offs for non-payments, which will include all past due amounts. To avoid shut off, please contact the Village offices at (248) 634-9571 to make payment arrangements.

The 4 common permits used for these home updates are Building, Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing. These packets are filled with great information to help you complete the permits. Beginning, Thursday, November 12, 2020 the Village Offices will be closed to the public. However, operations will continue. Please place any payments and/or paperwork in the drop box. Envelopes have been provided for your convenience. If you need forms, please check the website at www.hollyvillage.org or call the office and we can provide them to you electronically. The large drop box outside of our office- 300 East Street- is available to the public day or night. Safely deposit payments or forms inside at your convenience. There are envelopes provided to use. Our drop box is emptied daily.
