Village of Holly Police Department
Bicycle Registration Information
Annually the Village of Holly Police Department receives numerous bicycles that are found and turned in or are located by officers while patrolling that are never identified or returned to their owner.
We would like to remind citizens that as a public service we provide free bicycle registrations. It is not necessary to bring the bicycle to the police department but make sure to have the make, model, and serial number along with any other identifying marks available so the registration form can be completed.
Once the form is completed, the bicycle owner will be given a numbered sticker to place on the bike. In the event that the bicycle is stolen and later recovered, the sticker number can be cross referenced to the owners.
We would be happy to help you with this service at the police department located at 315 S. Broad Street, Monday thru Saturday between the hours of 8am and 4pm.
Scott M. Fischer
Acting Chief of Police
Emergency Phone Number: 911
Police Station Phone Number: 248-634-8221

Village of Holly Snow Ordinance
It's that time of year again, please keep in mind that our ordinance is for safety in the event of snow. Ordinance reads, "No parking on any Village street during a snow emergency. A snow emergency is declared when two (2) inches of snow or more are predicted by the National Weather Service out of Flint or White Lake, whichever is higher. Parking will remain prohibited until 24 hours after the snowfall has ended." Therefore, only in times of 2 inches or more snow does your car need to be moved off of the streets. Please help us in thanking our Village DPW and all the work they do to keep our streets clean and safe!
