Village of Holly, Michigan sent this bulletin at 04/21/2017 10:08 AM EDTOn 6-2-17 the Oakland County Animal Control Census Teams will begin door to door activities to bring the pubic into compliance to state law.
Licenses can be purchased at the VILLAGE OFFICES, the Oakland County Animal Control facility and electronically.

Costs until June 1 is $7.50 for a spayed or neutered animal or $15 for those that have not. Senior Citizens over 65 cost is $6.75 / $13.50 if not spayed or neutered. On June 2nd any unlicensed will be considered delinquent and the cost is $30. During the census owners may receive a courtesy citation for unlicensed animals with a compliance date on it. Following that date an Animal Control Officer may arrive to assure the appropriate license was issued and if not take enforcement action.
