Family Fun at Boulan Park on August 20

End of Summer Special @ Troy Community Center

August 22-24: End of Summer Special, Community Center. Cool off at the Community Center and pay only $4 each for an adult pass or youth (ages 3-12) day pass. Price valid for both residents and nonresidents.

 

 


Troy Historic Village Presents Thursday Teas at Two

On August 29 enjoy the Thursday Tea at Two, at the Historic Village, 2pm. Sip a cup of tea while enjoying a slice of history in the air-conditioned Old Troy Church. This month’s topic is Audubon Tea. Join Linda Stuecher of Wild Birds Unlimited for the history of the Audubon Society - its origins, campaigns and traditions.  Fee: $7 per person. Register in advance, as space is limited.


City of Troy Summer Property Tax Payments Due by Sept. 1

September 1: 2013 Summer Property Tax Payments must be received no later than Sept. 1, to avoid additional charges.  POSTMARKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.  Payment must be received on or before date due to avoid interest and penalty charges.  Penalty and interest of 4.5% must be applied to all unpaid summer tax bill balances after the due date for the month of September.  If you are responsible for paying property taxes but have not received your bill, contact the Treasurer’s Office at 248.524.3333, Monday through Friday, 8 am-4:30pm. 


Troy Family Aquatic Center Open Until Sept. 2

It's not too late to spend family time at the Troy Family Aquatic Center. Hours: 11am - 7:30pm every day through Labor Day.  Lap Swim Only Hours: Monday-Thursday & Saturday: 8:45-10am and Sundays 10-11am.
