Spring Break Rates and Special Open Swims at the Troy Community Center

Day Passes are only $5/person for residents and non-residents from March 31-April 9. There are also special Spring Break Passes for only $10 for March 31-April 9 for resident kids.

Spring Break Special Open Swim Times:
March 31, April 3, April 5, April 7: 11am-9pm
April 4 & April 6: 11am-6:50pm


Community Center Holiday Hours and Rates: April 13-16

April 14-16: Daily Rates are $5/person for everyone.

April 14: Special Open Swim from 11am-9pm

April 15: Easter Egg Hunt 6-9pm, you must preregister

April 16: Gym and Fitness Room (8am-2pm), Adult Lap/Therapy (8:15-10am), Open Swim (10am-1:30pm)


Easter Egg Hunt: Saturday, April 15 from 6-9pm at the Troy Community Center

Ages 1 1/2 to 12 years. Grab your basket and hop over to this egg hunt! After your kids hunt for plastic eggs in the gym, there will be a moon bounce and activities for them. Bring your bathing suit to swim in the indoor pool and find the golden eggs for extra prizes! Don’t forget your phone to take pictures with the Easter Bunny! Registration required.

Troy Recreation 2017 Girls Softball (Grades 3-8)

AARP Smart Driver Class: Thu and Fri, April 6 and 7 12:30-4:30pm at the Troy Community Center Room 301 (503 on 4/7)

AARP Members:  Act. 8060C: $18, Non-AARP Members:  Act. 8060D:  $23

This eight hour classroom refresher course is designed for ages 50+, and some insurance companies offer incentives for completing the course. Pre-registration is required.  Fee includes $3 Recreation Department fee.  Visit AARP's web site (AARP.org) for details on what is covered in the course.


Purposeful Retirement: Thursdays, April 20-May 11, 7-9 pm at the Troy Community Center Room 503

This four-part series is intended to help individuals considering, preparing for, or already in retirement learn ways of deciding and acting on what will make the rest of their lives meaningful and purposeful.  The focus will be on what you have been, who you are now, and what you would like to do to bring more energy and passion to your life.  Workshop leaders Dr. Bob Inskeep and Dick Rappleye are skilled in one-to-one coaching and group discussion facilitation. They will use a number of tools and exercises to sharpen self-awareness, clarify your values, and help you build your specific plan for the future.  This program is co-sponsored by the Friends of Troy Seniors.  Pre-registration is required.  Group size limited to 16.

Watercolor Painting Lessons
