The Friends of Troy Seniors is a 501(c)3 entity formed to support the Troy Senior Program. All are welcome to attend this meeting to find out more about the Friends mission and activities and how to get involved.
The Six Step Balance System is a practical application of fall prevention techniques woven into the activities of daily living. These activities are designed to reduce falls and the fear of falling. $18 materials fee payable to instructor the first week of class for textbook "How to Prevent Falls." Preregistration required. Class size limited to 12.

Wednesday, Sept. 21 - 9:30 am - 1 pm Act.#148922G Fee: $47; Resident discount $37 Take a guided four of the newest Nino Salvaggio in Clinton Township. Their Executive Chef and Culinary Director will give insight on how to use their different products in every day cooking as you tour their state of the art culinary facility. After the tour, enjoy lunch of Roulade of Eggplant Rollotini, char grilled chicken with Marinara, seasonal vegetable, salad, rolls, Tiramisu and coffee service. Transportation is by Troy School bus. The registration deadline is Monday, September 19 at noon.
Friday, September 16, 10 am - Noon Troy Community Center Room 404 RN Katherine Duncan will provide blood pressure screenings on the third Friday of each month. Drop-in.
