Last Chance to Register for MBC at Cobo Hall

Good morning,

Happy New Year! I am thrilled that next week, we will kick off the first meeting of the Mayor's Business Council for 2012. This year, my staff and I are working on an exciting agenda.

On January 12th, we will hold our next Mayor's Business Council at the North American International Auto Show at Cobo Center. We will hear from Rod Alberts, Executive Director of NAIAS who will share the impact that the auto show has made on Detroit and the region. Immediately following the meeting, we will be given early and exclusive access to walk the auto show floor. Breakfast will begin and 8:45am and the meeting will start promptly at 9:15am.

This is your LAST opportunity to register! Tickets can still be purchased for this meeting at a special reduced MBC price of $50.00. We can accept payment of cash or check (payable to "Community Foundation of Greater Rochester" at the door. You MUST CONTACT MAUREEN GENTRY by 5:00pm on Monday, January 9th, to reserve a ticket to attend the meeting. Please contact Maureen at gentrym@rochesterhills.org or at 248.656.4660.

Next week, you will receive an email with a map and details of the meeting room location at Cobo Center. As always, if you have any questions please let me know.

These forums would not be possible if it were not for the generosity of our sponsors. There is still time to confirm your place in our marketing materials for the 2012 Mayor's Business Council season. Please talk to Tara Beatty to discuss sponsorship opportunities at (248) 841-2545 or beattyt@rochesterhills.org.

Thank you, once again for your support.

Best Regards,

Bryan Barnett, Mayor, City of Rochester Hills
