City-Wide Dog Census Starts July 1, 2013
Beginning July 1, 2013, the City of Royal Oak will be conducting a city-wide dog census to ensure all dogs are licensed and have their rabies shots. Every resident of the city who owns a dog must license their dog through the City of Royal Oak. By ordinance, licenses must expire at the same time as the rabies vaccination.
