Residents Urged to Reduce Mosquito Breeding Habitats:
Mosquito eggs can develop into adult mosquitoes in ten days or less. Residents can reduce the mosquito population and the risk of West Nile Virus through these prevention measures.

WROK is looking for extra help this summer. The summer concert season begins again on July 11th with a series of evening concerts in front of the Royal Oak Public Library.

o The 2013 Ice Show CELEBR-ICE-TION starts it's month long run on WROK. Watch it on Friday, Saturday & Sunday at 5pm and weekends at noon, all throughout June on WROK.
o You can watch the 2013 Memorial Day Parade on WROK. You can catch it again all throughout June on WROK: Thursdays at 5pm, Fridays, at 11am & 4pm, Saturdays & Sundays at 4pm & 10am. As soon as it's posted to Youtube, you can see it there too! Following the parade will be the Memorial Society Remembrance ceremony airing on Thursdays at 6pm, Fridays at Noon, and Saturdays & Sundays at 11am.
