**New Report in MCIR/SIRS**

Hello to all schools and childcares!

There is a new report in MCIR/SIRS that we think will be very helpful to you! 

The new report (found under Create Reports) is called “Future Vaccine Need”.  This report is like the “Letters to Parents” report, but is different in that it will create letters for students that are currently due for immunizations or will be due for immunizations in the future.

Please see the attached file for location of the new report and a sample letter.


***REMINDER FOR SCHOOLS***

Grade promotion occurs the first Friday in August, which is August 5, 2011.
